Primary Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Provide support and maintenance of Windows systems 
  • Excellent in the installation and maintenance of laser and scanner devices  
  • Capable to run system tests
  • Ensures and maintains safe working environment and smooth system operation

Job Specifications and Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Network Infrastructure, or equivalent

Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the field of network solutions

Key Competencies

  • Good knowledge of Windows operating systems (experience in RedHat Linux is an advantage)
  • Script language skills to flow automation is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of network infrastructure set-up and maintenance
  • Articulate, able to effectively communicate with different ethnic and foreign cultures especially with Germans (German language background is an advantage)
  • Willingness to travel within the Philippines 
  • Technical training (e.g. specialist) with relevant professional experience
  • Ability to take direction, determine problems and identify solutions
  • Independent, autonomous, structured and practice goal oriented approach
  • Very motivated, hardworking and has willingness to learn new things

  • Supervise and provide senior level support in Datacenter Infrastructure that includes but not limited to Servers, Storage, Switches, Firewalls, Network, Power supply (redundant), Cabling and Cooling
  • Supervise and provide senior level support in facilities management including Procurement
  • Supervise the installation and maintenance of hardware and software

Experience
