Go to Market Project: Vietnam and Philippines with focus on children’s products

Philippines and Vietnam together create a consumer market of around 200 million people - young and interested in international and modern products. Particularly, the growing middle class is keen on investing in design, quality and safety products for their children - all attributes that German goods usually provide.

In Corporation with AHK Vietnam, the German-Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized a business mission with the focus on children’s products for market entry in Vietnam and the Philippines in June 2018.

3 German companies participated in the mission to either find sales or sourcing partners in the Philippines. A business development seminar gave insights into the Philippine market development as well as trends and prepared the delegates for their individually arranged B2B-meetings with potential partners during their 3-day-stay in Manila. We are pleased to say that the market entry project was a great success and we would like to thank everyone for their participation and support.
