Leaders from various industries were gathered on July 22, 2019 for a Leadership Forum organized by the German-Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc. (GPCCI) and the European Training and Competence Centre (ETCC). Speakers Mr. Marc von Grabowski, President of MHE-Demag Philippines Inc., Ms. Stephanie Franco, Managing Director of Fresenius Medical Care Philippines, Mr. Ricardo de Vera, Certified International Trainer & Facilitator, and Mr. Rainer Starke, President of European Training & Competence Centre shared their leadership experiences in dealing with challenges in vulnerable, uncertain, complex and ambiguous work environments.
