The SPFNI Planning & Design Center Manila was setup in the beginning of 2017. The initial core task of the center was to support both operational and implementation tasks of planning projects in Germany. However SPFNI is expanding support to the worldwide market to address the increasing demand of FttX planning projects for example in the Philippines and the APAC region. Additional high-level professional expertise is continuously added to the group, to increase the scope of work and manpower that is required by our customers.
Seim and Partner focus on planning and implementation of broadband fiber optics (FttX) projects. We work operator and vendor independent on a wide range of core technical and economic aspects of planning, building and operating NGA fiber-optics networks for public and private network providers.
