Attending the forum is free of charge. Should guests wish to have dinner, Php 750 will be charged by the German Club staff at the event. Drinks are not included.

with Amb. Franz Jessen, EU Ambassador to the Philippines
Ambassador Franz Jessen is the current Ambassador and Head of the Delegation of the European Union to the Philippines, and has a demonstrated history of working with international affairs.
Before arriving in the Philippines, Ambassador Jessen has held various positions throughout Asia, including in head of Delegation of the European Union to Vietnam, Head of the Economic and Trade Section of the European delegation in Beijing, and Counsellor to the European Delegation in Tokyo.
Ambassador Jessen took up a Master’s degree in Social Sciences from Odense University in Denmark, and earned his doctorate degree in Economics from Virginia Tech in the USA.
