Dr. David Klebs, Economic Counsellor at the German Embassy, will share perspectives from his three years of fostering economic ties between Germany and the Philippines.
As his posting comes to an end, Dr. Klebs will look back on a period of renewed bilateral cooperation and offer a forward-looking take on the evolving geopolitical and economic environment—highlighting both the opportunities and challenges ahead.
