The 2026 Doing Business Forum is GPCCI's platform for championing economic governance, advancing a transparent, efficient, and predictable regulatory environment for businesses operating in the Philippines. Organized by GPCCI in partnership with Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS), the forum brings together representatives from national government, local government units, industry associations, and academic institutions in a focused, solutions-driven dialogue on strengthening governance and improving how policies are designed, implemented, and coordinated across the country. It aims to identify practical reforms that streamline regulatory processes, close persistent policy gaps, and improve government efficiency at every level of administration.
Anchored in real-world business experience and grounded in stakeholder insight gathered through GPCCI's ongoing engagement with regulators and industry, the forum is intended to become a recurring institution , a space where government and the private sector return year after year to assess progress, surface new regulatory friction points, and recalibrate priorities. It also marks the launch of the Philippine Business Environment Report (PBER), which GPCCI is producing as a supporting reference for the discussion.
