Based on the German AdA Framework, the program equips professionals with the practical skills and methodologies to plan, deliver, and assess high-quality training. The approach can be applied across a wide range of learning contexts — from apprenticeships and trainee programs to onboarding, upskilling, and employee development.
Throughout the five-day program, participants explored the key elements of effective training, from preparation and planning to delivery, trainee support, and assessment. The hands-on format encouraged participants to apply the methodology to practical workplace situations and exchange experiences from their respective professional environments.
The program was led by Ms. Lisa Maria Abiatar, IHK Berlin, who joined the training from Germany and brought her expertise in the German AdA methodology to the Philippine training environment. Drawing on practical experience and real-world examples, the sessions highlighted the importance of structured training in developing competence and fostering meaningful learning experiences.
The program concluded with a written and practical AHK examination. Congratulations to all participants who successfully passed the practical AHK exam!
