The members of the independent examination committee also shared their appreciation for the trainees’ performance during the midterm assessment. They highlighted the trainees’ discipline, attention to detail, and growing technical proficiency, emphasizing that these qualities are essential in the field of Industrial Mechanics. The committee reaffirmed its commitment to upholding fair and rigorous assessment standards, ensuring that each trainee is evaluated objectively and in alignment with industry expectations.
The Industrial Mechanic Training Program is a pioneering initiative in the Philippines, aligned and localized from the German occupation Industrial Mechanic and its established training and assessment standards. It is implemented by the KSB Foundation in partnership with Don Bosco-One TVET Philippines, with German-Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GPCCI) serving as the neutral quality assurance body. In this role, GPCCI ensures the following:
- Consistency in the training and assessment framework across the program
- Transparency in processes and evaluation standards
- Excellence in the implementation of training delivery and assessment practices
