NCIA was formed in 1992 by a group of entrepreneurs led by its CEO/Founder Mr. Paul K. Chuatico. Paul’s vision was to build a company that would provide clients a strong advocate voice in the insurance market, appropriately coining the company motto “Promises Kept Consistently!”
NCIA focused its efforts successfully on non-life insurance products and services, particularly Property and Casualty, and eventually offered group and individual insurance products. In early 2000, the company successfully expanded its products and services by offering Employee Benefits.
