The team also toured Don Bosco Technological College in Bangkok, where they explored facilities dedicated to industrial mechatronics and mechanics. The visit underscored the importance of providing modern training environments through investments that prepare students for the demands of advanced manufacturing and engineering sectors.
In addition, GPCCI engaged in a meaningful exchange with Dr. Kamonsak Suradom of the German-Thai Dual Excellence Education Department, regarding their best practices and potential areas of collaboration. We express our gratitude to Dr. Suradom and AHK Thailand for their warm welcome and for allowing us to take part in these important exhanges and observation. This visit reinforces the collaboration between AHKs and reinforces GPCCI’s mission to promote knowledge sharing and collaboration in technical education.
As GPCCI continues to champion dual training in the Philippines, the insights gained from Thailand’s model will serve as valuable references for enhancing local programs. By building bridges with international partners, GPCCI remains steadfast in its goal of supporting its member companies in equipping future professionals with the skills needed in a rapidly evolving global economy.
