Training of Trainers – AdA International

High-quality dual vocational training requires competent company trainers who, in addition to technical and personal competencies, possess vocational and pedagogical knowledge, skills and abilities. The German-Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GPCCI) conducts the examination and certification of company trainers who successfully pass the theoretical and practical examination. GPCCI can also organize AdA training courses, e.g. with German training providers or local institutions. 

The "Training of Trainers (AdA) International" concept is based on the standards of the German Ordinance on Trainer Aptitude (AEVO). It contains all the vocational and occupational pedagogical basics that are indispensable for trainers.
