Diamondbuilt Development Corporation is a real estate company based in Cebu City and was founded by Miss Ivy Jocel N. Balsa who finished her business course at one of the best Universities in the country, the University of San Carlos Cebu. The name Diamondbuilt is inspired by her perspective of the company, which means unbeatable, long lasting, classy and a symbol of success. She is 37 years old a single mom of a beautiful daughter and has been into different businesses like food carts, wines, supplies diesel in different areas of Cebu province. She also invest/finance to some contractors that need her help in doing some projects. With her strong personalities and spirit she abled to reach her dreams and survives to any
trials that comes.
Diamondbuilt Development Corporation established in 2018 and continues to operate based on the principle of providing high quality commercial and residential properties to
