Intercultural Training

Working in an intercultural setting comes with unique challenges. This is true for both, German companies employing Filipinos and Filipinos moving to work in Germany. 

The awareness for cultural differences and similarities is the most important step towards effective communication, teamwork, and to building trust and understanding within a multi-cultural team. 

Throughout the many years that GPCCI has been supporting German-Philippine business partnerships, we have observed common pitfalls and identified simple strategies to avoid them.  

We offer intercultural training – tailored, if necessary – where participants will gain the necessary skills and knowledge to adequately understand the German and Filipino cultures and to overcome barriers in working and communicating with each other.
