Since 2015, GPCCI supported more than 70 students to:
- learn based on an enhanced curriculum;
- undergo 600-800 hours of work-immersion;
- follow a structured training plan;
- be mentored by a trained in-company trainer; and
- undergo a TESDA National Certificate assessment and Chamber Certification.

Under the Kto12 PLUS Project, GPCCI member company, MHE-Demag (P) Inc., reaps the benefits of opening its doors for Dual Education and Training (DET). Romelie Jane Baclas
The work-based learning component of Dual Education and Training (DET) provides learners with the opportunity to gain specific professional knowledge and to improve their personal and practical skills and competencies.
