Through consultations with the representative of the Industry Placement Committee (IPC), Construction Site Safety and Health skills were identified as a key competency among construction workers, besides their technical skills. GPCCI spearheaded the content development of learning materials for Construction Site Safety and Health awareness to equip trainees under the program with important life skills for their personal safety in the workplace. Better trained graduates also have better chances in the job market.

 

These materials were developed to supplement the trainees' Construction Site Safety and Health learning. These have also been translated to Maranao language for better inclusion of Internally Displaced Persons of the Marawi conflict, the target group of the FMP.
